Ancient India
3000BC-1736AD
A civilization far older
than most of the empires and cultures in the west, India developed a legal
code, religion, government and culture radically different. It has been
invaded by many other civilizations, cultures and individuals but it
always maintained it's uniqueness. It has learned to adapt to the invaders
and absorb their cultures. India thus has a multitude of languages,
traditions and ways of thinking which is unique in the world.
