Sedentary Lifestyles

The Sedentary Lifestyle develops as individuals spend more time in front of computers and televisions and less time in exercise and physical labor. Too much of this type of lifestyle will lead to obesity and severe health conditions. "More than 80% of adults do not meet the guidelines for both aerobic and muscle-strengthening activities, and more than 80% of adolescents do not do enough aerobic physical activity to meet the guidelines for youth" Read More at HHS
