North AmericaNorth America is made up of Canada, The United States, Mexico and Central America. It is bordered by the Arctic in the north and the Panama Canal in the south. It was first inhabited by the Native Americans who migrated from Asia and then was explored, conquered and colonized by the Spanish, English, French Russians and Portuguese. The continent declared its independence during the Age of Revolution.
