1. Always stay positive, neutral and supportive of your students in your class, lectures, instruction and management!
2. Keep your instruction using the KIS approach. Keep It Simple. Not by dummying it down but making it easy to understand and administer.
3. Add humor to your approach in your lectures, administration and communication.
4. Use technology to enhance your teaching skills, but not to dominate it!
5. Never discourage or ridicule  a students work or opinions, but don't hesitate to help them understated fact from fiction and misinformation
