Addiction Laws Policy Regulations
A
compulsive behavior in which an individual
irrationally practices a habit to something
or someone that is physically or
psychologically habit-forming. This behavior
will continue even though the habit may
cause physical, emotional, social damage.
Sudden cessation can cause severe trauma,
pain and physical damage.
