Tips and Advice
1. Wear a mask if you have not had your vaccines.
2. Keep a social distance of at a minimum of 6 feet if you have not had your vaccines.
3. Wash your hands and face as much as possible especially if you are in contact with others.
4. Don't go to parties or events with large number of people if you have not had your vaccines, if you don't know (even if you know them be careful).
5. If you feel uncomfortable going into stores find some that will deliver or has curb service.
6. Don't go into salons, restaurants, bars, entertainment or other establishments that will bring you in contact with others that might be carriers since they may not have had their shots.
7. Contact your doctor if you show any signs that show you might have a diseases.
8. Be careful in reading much of the information on Social Media since a great deal of it is politically generated and provides a great deal of misinformation
9. Don't be afraid to get tested.
10. If your school or church opens without proper precautions be weary of attending.
11. Limit your information to reputable sites that are not based in fake new, misinformation or disinformation.
12. Get a vaccine ASAP Vaccines.gov - Find COVID-19 vaccine locations near you
13. Be careful if you have physical contact with someone who may show signs of Monkey Pox. The disease is transmitted by physical contact (that will include clothing, towels and linens).
14. If show signs of Monkey Pox call your doctor or hospital at once.
